YAY for these olive green pants that I got at Nordstrom Rack last year. After a trip to LA the Christmas of 2012 I was determined to get myself a pair of pants in this color. I saw so many awesome chicks rockin’ this color in L.A. and I thought it looked great. Needless to say, I found these, it was love at first zip and I’ve been crazy about them ever since. Okay, I’m realizing that that story about my pants sounded a bit like a love story. No, you will not see me on “My Strange Addiction: I’m Married to My Pants,” but I do have strong feelings for them! HA!
There is one thing about these pants that’s slightly bothersome for a person who works with small children. If (or in my case, when) you get something on them you MUST act fast. This color seems to show everything! No permanent stains yet (I’d like to give credit to Pinterest/Real Simple for their stellar stain treatment tips, and Resolve stain stick for just existing), so there’s that.
Of note, this is my third Victoria Secret v-neck tee I’m posting! I actually have four, but I use the blue one as a workout top so you won’t see it on here (unless my peeps would like to see some fitness style). I’ll admit it, I’m obsessed. Before you judge, they are such a bargain (2/$30), they are suuuuper soft, and I love the fit/style. How does the saying go, if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!
Top: Victoria’s Secret V-neck Tee
Bottoms: The brand is Paige, but I couldn’t find them, sorry.
Shoes: These are actually Skechers brand, but I couldn’t find the shoe, so I thought they looked similar to these.
Hope you all had a great weekend! Our’s was filled with family, travel, half marathons (well, Dave – he PR’d, so YAY), and Wandering Goose YUM!
Be well.
