The Art of Running in the Rain

And, we’re off…

Seeing this “building” always makes me so happy because it means that Hollywood Tower Hotel is just around the corner!!!!!!!

Did I ever tell you guys about the time that I ran into a fire hydrant because I was so excited to get to this ride:

This next photo is actually from December 2013, when I ran into said hydrant, suffice to say I get a little excited when it comes to the above tower.

Our friend told us how amazing the new Car’s area is, and boy did it live up to his description!

I love how each area of the Disney parks makes you feel like your transported to a whole new world (<–oh wow, did you see what happened there?)

Clearly I took care of little details too, my toe nails matched my shirt!! #totalaccident

I’m not gonna lie, I get really excited when I see anything Italian!

Apparently I get a big thrill trying to kill Dave on the Hollywood Tower too!

We rode the rollercoaster twice; any roller coaster that goes upside-down wins in my book.

Guess what? You can drink in California Adventure, and the Cove Bar is one of the best places to do it.  So we waited in a very long line in order to do so.

It was worth it to have this view while I drank my horchata style beverage, highly recommend it!!!

Later came the lobster nachos which I read about all over the internets, and let me tell you they were as bad ass as everyone says!

Sadly as we made our way through the bugs life area to get to the Tower for one final ride we heard over the intercom that Adventure land was closed (at 10pm???) we were bummed but knew we had Disneyland to look forward to.
